Mexican Chicken Soup

We had our first really cold night in Boston this week, so I warmed up by making this spicy Mexican Chicken Soup recipe from Barefoot Contessa at Home. It came out great (even though I substituted organic, low-sodium broth for the homemade; jarred, sliced jalapenos for the fresh; and whole wheat & flax tortillas for the corn ones) but next time I might add beans, too!
